First of all, the term diet herbs is pretty broad. So the question of do they work or not can’t be answered in an article much less a book. To tell you the truth, the reason why I am writing this article is to persuade you to “look the other way” when it comes to any pills or herbs for weight loss. Why? I have my reasons. One of it is being in the hospital after taking the wrong herb and almost losing my kidney along the way. The horror! I might have even lost my life! To think my husband and kids would be without a wife and mother is enough to send chills down my spine.
Anyway, the latest sensation on the news is sense. This one is especially dangerous because not only many people are taking it, even the doctors seems interested in it. Trust me, your doctor is not a god and he or she doesn’t have the latest facts. They’re mostly too busy to check all the available facts.
